How many Automap wrapped plug-in instances can I run at once?

VST:
As many VST plug-ins as you like can be wrapped at once. A maximum of 253 wrapped plug-in instances can run at any one time.

Audio Units:
A maximum of 256 AudioUnit plug-ins can be wrapped at once.
