The 'Headphones out' parameter in the Global mode is set to 1 and 2. This is the default setting so that outputs 5 and 6 can be used as headphone outputs to monitor the master 1 and 2 outputs. Simply reassign the parameter to 5 and 6 and these outputs will behave as individual outputs 5 and 6.
