To set a beat grid to your tracks individually (so that they can be mixed/matched easily) press DROP and use the Touchstrip to move your track to the beginning beat (carefully placing the marker).

Press SET/CLR in the BEATGRID sector and the BeatGrid will be set.

To adjust the overall Beatgrid, pres ADJUST/SLIP and you will then be able to nudge the entire BeatGrid Markers with the Touchstrip.
