- 4th Number = Year
- 5th, 6th, & 7th Number = Day of Year
- UR0412399999 = Manufacture Date = 123 day of 2014
2019 Onwards
Starting in 2019, a new format has been introduced which starts to use Hex Decimal to put more information into the same space.
