Sound Collective February - Tracktion

This article will explain how to claim the Tracktion plugin collective offer for the BioTek synth for free. This is the Novation Sound Collective offer for February.

1. Log in to your account at the Novation website and see the Biotek banner:


Make a note of your code and click the link to take you through to the Traktion website. 


Click the link to take you through to the Traktion website:


Then fill in your details:


You will then be taken to this page, then click My Downloads:Screen_Shot_2019-01-30_at_15.04.01.png

Log in using the account details you made a moment a go:



You'll then go through to your account page where you access the installers for the BioTek synth, choose the appropriate download for your operating system:

You should then find the plug in in your DAW of choice, if you don't, please try the steps advised in the article here: 


4. When you open the plugin you'll see this screen, please enter the email you used for registration:


Then click the download button next to Content to download the presets: Screen_Shot_2019-01-11_at_16.24.21.png

Then click the Unlock button at the top left of the plugin and fill in your details and click Register:



The plugin will now be activated and ready for use, but there will be no presets available. You'll need to install the content we downloaded a moment ago:


Once this is installed, reload the plugin and you'll have access to the presets for the plugin.


5. If you want to use the 50% discount you can go to your Traktion account and go to purchase the BioTek2 upgrade, you can then apply the discount code provided in your Novation account at the checkout.
