My Twitch's outputs are noisy and have hiss
This can occur if the mic input is unterminated (nothing plugged in) and the gain is turned up. This is normal and is nothing to worry about.
To prevent this from being heard, you should always turn down the mic gain when there is no microphone plugged into the mic input.
My Twitch with Traktor Mapping isn't working properly
The available template on our website was created and tested with Traktor 2 Pro. It is only supported with this version.
If you are using previous versions of Traktor, please install the .tsi attached to this article.
I'm having problems using Twitch with other USB devices
When connected to the same bus, various combinations of USB devices experience intermittent difficulties or simply do not work. If using Twitch and another high-bandwidth USB device, positive results will be found from unplugging the other device or plugging it into another USB bus.
Multiple USB devices will not be able to compete for the relevant amount of bandwidth they need and therefore need to be used on separate USB buses.
To resolve any problems with Twitch, please ensure each high-bandwidth device has its own USB bus.
If your computer has a single USB bus, adding a USB interface card provides a second USB bus. Without a second USB bus, you may have to completely disconnect one high-bandwidth USB device to use another.
What version of Itch do I need to install to use the Twitch controller?

There will be updated versions linked on our website and on the Serato website in the future:
How do I adjust the crossfader curve of my Twitch controller in Itch?
The Crossfader Slope is adjustable via Itch in the 'Mixer' section. There are two crossfader rotaries that adjust this.
C/F curve - Adjusts the crossfader curve. Turn anticlockwise for a tighter “cut” and clockwise for a more gradual fade.
U/F curve - Adjusts the channel fader (“upfader”) curve. Turn anticlockwise for a tighter “cut” and clockwise for a more gradual fade.
How do I set a beatgrid to my tracks in Serato Itch?
To set a beat grid to your tracks individually (so that they can be mixed/matched easily) press DROP and use the Touchstrip to move your track to the beginning beat (carefully placing the marker).
Press SET/CLR in the BEATGRID sector and the BeatGrid will be set.
To adjust the overall Beatgrid, pres ADJUST/SLIP and you will then be able to nudge the entire BeatGrid Markers with the Touchstrip.
