No, the Launch Control range is class-compliant, so it does not use a dedicated driver. The result of this is that you can't use them with more than one application on Windows at a time.

An example of this would be, if you're using the Launch Control editor with the Launch Control and you then open your DAW. The Launch Control won't be able to connect with the DAW until the Launch Control editor is closed.
