When connecting your Novation product to your computer, you may see it appear as a Mass Storage Device (MSD), just like a USB drive. This is so that you can open the drive and then open 'Click Here to Get Started.url' which will open the Easy Start Tool in your web browser.
The 'Easy Start Tool' provides a step-by-step guide to setting up your product. This simple online tool will guide you through the process of registering the device, setting it up and learning to use it.
This article includes instructions on how to disable this on each product so that you no longer see the storage device appear.
