When you subscribe to the Novation mailing list, we will keep you up-to-date with marketing information such as our latest announcements, events and special offers. You will also be invited to share your feedback through occasional surveys.

Types of marketing emails
Our mailing list is comprised of four subscription types:
1) Announcements, Livestreams and Events
Examples of these include: Product announcements, product and software updates, online and offline events, live-streams, company news and general company updates.
2) Sales, Offers and Competitions
Examples of these include: Flash sales, discounts, bundle deals, trade-in schemes, competitions and prize-draws.
3) Guides, Features & Tutorials
Examples of these include: Written guides, video guides, tutorials, how-to content, artist features and performances, product features, product deep dives, case studies, podcasts and roundups.
4) Marketing Surveys
Examples of these include: Occasional surveys about our products, services, the wider music industry as well as your personal preferences and creative approach.
Please know that our mailing list subscriptions are distinct from our service email subscriptions which are dedicated to provide you with essential resources and support for your registered products. After registering Focusrite hardware we will deliver service emails to help get you set up with your new device(s) and to inform you of included software, firmware and free services that we believe will enhance your experience. We may also send you occasional surveys to check that you are still enjoying your hardware and to offer help and advice.
