Some makes of MIDI keyboards use a communication protocol called running status. The running status handling of the original ReMOTE driver could be unstable, resulting in notes sticking or being dropped. If you are experiencing this problem, then make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Novation USB drivers, available from the Remote downloads page.
