If you have updated to macOS Catalina without first running the Automap uninstaller, then this will not run on the latest macOS. Due to this, to uninstall Automap please delete the following files from your system.
All the files can be found in 'Finder'. To get to 'macOS', with Finder open, in the top bar go to:
'Go' > Computer > it may be called; Mac HD, macOS, or a name you may have given it.
If files are not listed, they may not have been installed or have already been removed.
Delete the following files:
Applications > Automap Server
Applications > Automap Uninstaller
macOS > Users > username > Library* > Application Support > Novation > Automap Universal
macOS > Library > Application Support > MIDI Device Plugins > Automap Mixer.bundle
macOS > Library > Audio > Plugins > Components > Delete any plugins with '(Automap)' in the name.
macOS > Library > Audio > Plugins > VST > Delete any plugins with '(Automap)' in the name.
macOS > Library > Audio > Plugins > VST3 > Delete any plugins with '(Automap)' in the name.
*If you cannot see this, with Finder open and in focus, please click 'Go' at the top of the screen > hold 'Alt (Option) ⌥' on your keyboard > the 'Library' option should appear:
