This applies to the Audiohub 2x4

When connecting the Audiohub 2x4 to the iPad, you must make the connections in the following order.

1. Connect the power supply to Audiohub 2x4
2. Connect the USB cable to Audiohub 2x4
3. Connect official Apple USB camera connection kit to USB cable
4. Connect official Apple USB camera connection kit to iPad

If the connection is made in a different order, it's possible that the Audiohub will not connect with the iPad.
