This applies to the Audiohub 2×4

If you are using an Audiohub 2×4 on a Mac, no driver installation is needed as it is a class compliant interface and uses the Apple Core Audio driver. However, if the Audiohub 2×4 doesn't appear in System Preferences > Sound, the reason may be caused by having the Novation USB Driver 2.3 installed on your computer (possibly due to owning other Novation devices).

This was a problem in the Novation USB Driver 2.3 that was fixed in the 2.5 release. Please remove the Novation driver by going to the file path it is stored in and moving it to the Trash/Bin. Then empty the Trash/Bin and restart the computer. The file path can be found by going to Apple Logo > About This Mac > System Profile and looking for the driver in the extensions section.
