Global functions not available on top 4 keys of Octave 5 on Bass Station II

When you select octave 5 from the blue buttons the last four keys are not used. G8 is the last note available.

The last four Global functions, Local, Tune, Input Gain and Dump are not selectable when the keyboard is set to Octave 5.

To access these functions again, set the keyboard to Octave 4.
