Applies to: Launchkey Original

To connect your Launchkey to an iPad, you will need:

• Your Launchkey
• Your Launchkey USB cable
• A lightning iPad
• An Apple USB camera connection kit (not included)

You must plug the USB cable into the Launchkey Mk1 first, then plug the other end into the Camera Connection Kit. Finally, connect the camera connection kit to the iPad.

If you change the order of connection, you may receive an error message on the iPad screen saying “this accessory is not supported” or “the attached accessory uses too much power”.

Note: this article only applies to the Launchkey Mk1, not Launchkey Mk2.
