Where can I find my product's User Guide?

You can find all of the User Guides for Novation products on our downloads page:

To find the User Guide for your product:

1. Click the link above.
2. Find the product you own using the tabs on the page.
3. Find the User Guide in the 'Documentation' section of the downloads page.

You can then view the user guide online, download the PDF and print your user guide.

Why isn't there a user guide in the box?

We don't include a physical user guide in the box for a couple of reasons:

• We keep our products up to date with regular firmware updates and software updates– physical user guides would go out of date fast. We want to update your user guide as often so you always have the correct information.
• Not everything in the user guide is relevant to everyone, there would be thousands of extra pages printed at a cost to the environment and to the product. If you want to print your user guide we make our user guides downloadable and in a printable format.
