Live chat is generally in use 24 hours, Monday - Friday. If an agent is available, the 'Chat' widget on any Help Centre page will be visible. This will appear as shown in the image below:
Agents may be busy, if you don't see the pop-up, please try the page again a few minutes later.

If you do not find an answer to your enquiry, when an agent is available, you will see a 'Live Chat' button appear in the support widget as shown below. Use this to chat with an agent:
