In Studio One, Launchkey must be set up in 3 different ways so that you make use of DAW Control, the Arpeggiator, and the Keyboard.
Launchkey MK1 and MK2 can be set up in the exact same way under 'New Keyboard' and 'New Control Surface', however, these don't feature an arpeggiator so they won't need to be set up under 'New Instrument'.
